The Site is provided so customers, partners, and prospective partners can learn about FKI’s precision machining capabilities and request quotes or get in touch. All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation of them — belongs to FKI or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. FKI serves the semiconductor, aerospace, and defense industries and is registered with the U.S. Department of State under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). FKI also handles technical data subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
Do not submit ITAR- or EAR-controlled technical data, drawings, specifications, or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) through this Site’s general contact or quote forms. Controlled data is exchanged only through the secure, authorized channels FKI establishes for a specific customer engagement.
By submitting a form on this Site, you represent that your submission does not contain export-controlled technical data unless FKI has separately confirmed a secure channel is in place.
Information you submit through our quote-request or contact forms is used to respond to your inquiry. On its own, it does not create a binding contract, purchase order, or supplier relationship. Any resulting commercial agreement is governed by a separate purchase order, signed agreement, or FKI’s Supplier Terms & Conditions, as applicable.
